OUR INITIATIVES
Indivisible3 wants to help as many people as we can. We hope to begin several initiatives to help specific groups in need.
Our first initiative was “Bags for Foster Kids”. We were able to provide bags to foster kids in transition. Foster kids are given ten minutes and a trash bag to move from one house to the next. This can deteriorate their self-image immensely. Giving them a gently used bag to carry their things in can help give the some of that respect back. During these hard times you may feel there are not many ways to make a difference, but every little thing counts. Your one bag could be given to one child in foster care and THAT is making a difference.
Our Next Steps
Collecting gently used luggage/duffel bags
Fundraising to purchase other bags
Finding local companies to serve as a collection point where others can donate.
Give the foster kids a smile and a bag!
Over time, we hope to grow our initiatives and expand them to reach as many people as possible. “Bags for Foster Kids” is only the first step in Indivisible3’s goal!
